Guestroom Usage Policy
- 1.Reservation Policy
- 1)Reservation available time
- ∙ Stay during Weekday (Mon-Fri) : 09:00 ~ 17:00
- ※ Same-day accommodation cannot be booked on the same day.
- 2)Reservation cancellation time
- Before check-in and payment done on the day of stay
- Payment of usage fees
- ∙(Payment) Payment must be completed by the time of check-in on the day of accommodation
- ∙(Refund) Refunds are not possible after payment on the day of accommodation
2. Accommodation policy- Check-in time: 15:00
- Check-out time: 11:00
※ Late check-in available until : 21:00
Target
- - VIP customer (Those who have been approved by the head of Department or General Manager)
- - UNIST visitor due to official business trip
- - Those who have officially been invited to UNIST or collaborators
- - Short-term Waiting Faculty for Faculty residence (within 30 days)
- - Any other person deemed necessary by UNIST
- - Parents of UNIST students

How to make a payment
- Proceed with PC/mobile card payment after acessing the URL to payment system sent via email/text message after the reservation is confirmed
- Payment deadline: Payment completed before entering the room

Note
- - The right to use guest rooms cannot be transferred to others (restricted use)
- - Keep the time [ ※ Check-in : 14:00, Check-out : 12 00 ]
- - Caution for loss of personal belongings
- - Storage items and furniture in the room cannot be moved arbitrarily
- - Unable to use gas stove due to fire hazard
- - Caution on loss of access card (re-issuance fee of 10,000 won)
- - Use is restricted before payment
- - In-room loudness and prohibition of drinking, gambling and smoking
- - Responsible for compensation for damage or loss of goods and facilities due to carelessness
